That said, there is an open & a women's division and it is a pretty decent level of ulti. We played open as a co-ed team and got romped on (= beaten heavily!).
If there is interest I'd suggest either taking both a women's & a men's team. Otherwise just go men's only. You are going to need some fit runners also, it's bloody exhausting. (Imagine playing 8 to 10 games of box with one sub for two days straight).
