This page lists general and well known agreements that Ultimate deLux Team members committed to.
- Skipping a practice
- If you, from any possible reason, cannot come to practice, the agreement is to say that to Team Captain, to his private addresses only and not on the group mailing list. This is to prevent the demotivating "I am not coming too because of" chain reaction that might follow from the rest or a part of the team.
- El Capitan's e-mail is captain@ultimate-delux.org
- If he/she is not coming too, he/she will delegate his/her responsibilities to another person, and your mail will be forwarded to the right address...
- Letting captain know for skipping practice helps preventing situations of appearing too few people on the field, and having them frustrated by inability to put up any type of training and only loosing time by coming there. So, it's just about respecting your team mates.
